This project is formed from two initial proposals of investigation; the use of stereoscopy to realise immersive virtual environments and the creation of an engaging interactive experience based on proximity. Inspired by the masked nature of wearing a Head Mounted Display (HMD), possible roles for external users/players within a narrative emerged during the concept development. The final outcome fully immerses a central user within a haunted forest composed with audio and ghosts which are generated by the sound input of external players. Completed in collaboration with Sang Gu Lee and Tharangie Kumburuhene.
